Indian food is quite authentic and very famous in USA. There are very big Indian restaurant chains in America. There are so many Indian Recipes that Americans like to cook and eat. Today we are going to pick those 5 Indian Recipes, which are rigorously famous among NRIs and US citizens.

Curry:

Most catchy Indian Recipe is Curry, I don't even need to ask any American "have you ever tasted Curry?" Actually in US curry is served with vegetables, chicken, lamb, shrimp and paneer. Almost every Indian food liker in US first taste curry because this has maximum variation. In India Curries serves in a lot more variation. Each region of India especially each different family has their own unique blend of spices that gives a different taste in Curry every time. But in US curry is most standardized with curry masala or garam masala.

Butter Chicken:

Butter Chicken is not only famous in US whereas in almost every part of the world. The perfect blend of spices with chicken and gravy with its unique color, gives a different recognition to this Punjabi recipe heaven. This Indian Recipe is one of the most cooked dishes.

Chicken Tikka Masala:

Another Indian Recipe that is probably most famous in USA. In Indian Chicken Tikka Masla is served in a few restaurants but mostly this Indian Recipe ordered by tourists. Unique taste with tomato curry on top makes this Indian Recipe different from others.
Naan:
The most famous Indian bread all over world is Naan. Traditionally Naan use to bake in tandoori oven and this tradition is still there in India and America both. Most people in US use to eat every Indian dish with Naan. But in India chapathis and rotis are most famous and common bread to eat any Indian Dish.

Palak Paneer:

Palak Paneer also calls as "saag paneer" that serves with Palak Curry filled in with Panner pieces. This one of the most famous veg Indian recipe among all the vegetarian foodies. Americans also consider this Indian Recipe as a healthy dish as it made with green mustard leaves and always taste on regular basis. This dish also belongs to Punjab and one of the best dishes considered to cook in homes.
